Noor Bukhari welcomes another baby girl

LAHORE: Former film star and TV host Noor Bukhari has announced the birth of a daughter with husband Awn  Chaudhry.

Sharing a photo of the newborn’s tiny hand on Instagram, Noor quoted the Qur’anic verse “فَبِأَيِّ آلَاءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ” (“So which of your Lord’s favours will you deny?”) and revealed the baby has been named Dua Zahra. She asked followers to pray for the child’s good fortune, health and piety.

Noor Bukhari has been married four times to three men, having married her current husband, Awn Chaudhry, twice.

The couple now have four children—three girls and one boy.

Noor also shared details about her children, stating that all three are fathered by Awn Chaudhry, and she has no children from her previous marriages.

Her eldest daughter Fatima is 12 years old, her second daughter Shehr Bano is 5, and her son Muhammad Ali Raza is two years old.

Noor Bukhari quit the entertainment industry several years ago, saying she wanted to devote herself to Islam.

She also considers herself a spiritual disciple of Bushra Bibi, wife of former prime minister Imran Khan, and was photographed with her during Umrah.
