ISPR releases new song of Atif Aslam on Pakistan Day

ISLAMABAD: The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has launched a new patriotic song, sung by renowned singer Atif Aslam, ahead of Pakistan Day on March 23.

Titled “Mere Mehboob Pakistan, Meri Jaan Pakistan,” the anthem celebrates unity, resilience, and a shared commitment to national progress.

The lyrics, penned by poet and lyricist Imran Raza, emphasize national solidarity under the slogan “Ek Dil, Ek Jaan, Ek Pakistan” (One Heart, One Soul, One Pakistan).

According to ISPR, the song reflects patriotism and the ideals of peace, stability, and development. It is not just a musical tribute but a reaffirmation of the country’s collective aspirations.

The anthem has received overwhelming praise for its emotional depth and powerful delivery. Its release is part of the Pakistan Day celebrations, which include military parades, cultural events, and official ceremonies held nationwide.

Pakistan Day, observed annually on March 23, marks the historic Lahore Resolution of 1940, a key milestone in the country’s independence movement.
