British-Pakistani journalist Reham Nayyar Khan has responded to social media users who were spreading false information about her divorce.

The controversy arose when a social media went viral claiming Reham Khan and her third husband, Mirza Bilal, had separated ways.

In a recent video statement, shared on X, formerly Twitter, Reham Khan addressed the rumors, expressing her awareness of those responsible for spreading misinformation about her personal life. Sitting alongside her husband, she debunked the separation rumors and maintained a calm and composed demeanor.

She asserted that she recognises the individuals attempting to tarnish her reputation through such tactics, stating, “The political party has never benefited from such cheap tactics, and they will gain nothing from it anyway.”

She continued, advising people to focus on their own lives and issues instead of meddling in the private matters of others. Mirza Bilal also emphasised that the rumors, attributed to a specific political group, were fabricated to defame his wife.

The video gained rapid attention on social media, being widely shared and reposted. Addressing the purveyors of fake news, Khan urged people to refrain from being overly interested in others’ lives, emphasizing that her marital status is not their concern.
