WEB DESK: Dr Zakir Naik, known for his work as a religious scholar has once again shared videos of himself partaking in adventure sports. He bungee jumped from a height of 430 feet on the island of Bali, Indonesia.
The jump was filmed, and Dr Naik shared the footage with his followers, with the caption explaining that the 430 feet (130 metre or 45 floors) jump was taken at the Turtle Beach Nusa Penida, in Bali, Indonesia.
This isn’t the first time the scholar has embraced extreme sports. A few months earlier, he had bungee jumped from a 165-foot platform in Jinja, Uganda, a video of which he also released. Both jumps were carried out with proper safety measures and under professional supervision.
Last year in September, Dr. Naik had returned to Pakistan after a 30-year gap, making stops in cities like Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore for a month-long lecture tour. His previous visit to Pakistan was in 1992, where he met Dr. Israr Ahmed in Lahore.
