Sadia Imam reveals she can chat it up with Jinns!

Veteran actress Sadia Imam has revealed that she doesn’t just believe in jinns – she talks to them! And sometimes even invites them to watch TV with her!

She made these claims on a recent morning show, while she and the other guests shared their experiences with the para-normal. She shared her encounters with jinns, asserting that these supernatural beings are as real as it gets – a truth passed down through generations. According to the actress, our wise ancestors knew the score and shared some wisdom with us as well.

She said that her elders used to tell the kids that while having meat, some of it should be left on the bone. Because it is meant to be for the jinns who live amongst people.

Imam’s experiences didn’t stop there. She recounted a ghostly run-in during a drama shoot in Dubai. She swears she was jolted awake by invisible hands grabbing her legs. Quick as a flash, she recited some Quranic verses, and suddenly the lights in her room started shaking and glass was shattered around her. Then suddenly, her legs were free and everything was calm. At the same time, She received a call from her murshid – spiritual leader, asking if she was okay.  She recalls being surprised by the timing of the call as well.

While some people might be spooked by such happenings, Imam isn’t one to chicken out. From childhood, her parents didn’t teach her to fear jinns; they always taught her to be brave. She claims to have had conversations with these spectral beings. She said that sometimes while watching TV she hears noises coming from the kitchen. But instead of being frightened, she invites them to the living room and watch the TV with her.

In another episode that Imam recounted, everything mysteriously started disappearing on a shooting set. She said that she realized that it was the jinns. However, even then, instead of getting scared, Imam and her fellow actor, the late Manubhai, took some sweets to the set and asked the jinns not to bother the actors who were there only for the shooting. She said that even though people laughed at her back then, since they took the sweets and politely requested the jinns to let them shoot, nothing eerie has happened on that set.
