WEB DESK: Jon Bolerjack is preparing to unveil a documentary titled “Stan Lee: The Final Chapter”, which aims to investigate the serious allegations of elder abuse and exploitation that the iconic comic book creator reportedly experienced during his twilight years.

The documentary emerged following a tumultuous period in the comic book creator’s life, which has been extensively reported since his death in November 2018.

A 2018 investigation by “The Hollywood Reporter” uncovered allegations of elder abuse amid a struggle for control over Lee’s care and estate.

Bolerjack asserted that the circumstances were even more severe than previously disclosed, claiming that Stan Lee faced financial difficulties at the time of his passing.

The trailer for the documentary portrays the legend as an elderlt figure being transported to comic book signings, despite his evident fatigue; suggesting the pressures he encountered from those close to him.

Bolerjack’s association with Stan Lee began a decade ago when he proposed the concept of a reality show to the Marvel icon. As he integrated into Lee’s circle, it became clear that the demanding schedule of conventions and public appearances was adversely affecting Lee’s health.

Bolerkack admits that he violated the ‘cardinal rule’ of documentary-making by forming a close bond with his subject. The documentary-maker stated that he regarded Stan Lee as family and aimed to advocate for him during this difficult period.

The documentary seeks to illuminate the mistreatment LEE allegedly endured, including manipulation and betrayal by those in his inner circles.

Bolerjack claims that the evidence of this mistreatment is documented on record, rendering is ‘indisputable’, He has initiated a campaign to obtain funding for the project.

The allegations of mistreatment have been a focal point of discussion since Lee’s death, with accusations directed at his daughter, JC Lee and others close to him. JC Lee has faced scrutiny for her management of her father’s finances, and emotional well-being, while Lee’s former business partner, Keya Morgan, was accused of isolating him and manipulating his situation.
