MANHATTAN: Hip Hop musician and producer, Kanye West, was sued in a new lawsuit filed on Friday, in which a model is alleging she was sexually assaulted.
Jennifer An, a former contestant on America’s Next Top Model, alleges that West “gagged her” as he “rammed several fingers down her throat.” The incident allegedly took place at the filming for the music video for 2009’s remix of “In For The Kill”, a song by La Roux and West. Both West and An were missing from the music video.
The suit claims that West singled out An upon arriving to the set, as he said, “give me the Asian girl.” He allegedly told the filming crew to zoom in on An, as the hip hop musician choked her before being subjected to what the suit dubs “pornographic gagging.” The suit states that An “struggled to breathe and felt as if she had temporarily blacked out,” while no one from the staff intervened to help.

During the alleged assault, An claims that West proclaimed the incident was “art.” “This is fucking art. I am like Picasso,” the musician allegedly screamed.
An is also suing Universal Music Group for creating unsafe working conditions that allowed for gender-based violence.
EARLIER LAWSUIT
In October, West was sued by his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta, in a suit that linked him to Sean “Diddy” Combs. Pisciotta alleged that her former boss raped her after she was served a laced drink at a studio session that he hosted with Diddy.
The lawsuit also accuses West of sex trafficking. He allegedly used his connection with brands to bring women to the United States to sleep with them, by giving them jobs that would qualify them for work visas. The women were allegedly made to sign non-disclosure agreements. They were also offered as “gifts” to his friends.
