Aon Ch moves SC for ban on PTI

ISLAMABAD: Aon Chaudhary, the leader of the Istikham Pakistan Party, has filed an appeal with the Supreme Court of Pakistan, urging for a ban on Tehreek-e-Insaf.

In the petition, Chaudhary highlights the chairman of Tehreek-e-Insaf’s derogatory remarks towards the judiciary and the dissemination of hateful speeches.

The petition emphasizes the chairman’s violation of the Constitution of Pakistan, with all relevant evidence and statements against him duly appended to the application.
