Army Chief General Asim Munir’s mother passes away

RAWALPINDI: On March 24, coinciding with the 23^rd of Ramazan, the mother of Army Chief General Asim Munir, passed away.

The family has requested prayers for her, seeking that Allah elevate her ranks and grant her a place in paradise.

The deceased is survived by her husband, Syed Sarwar Munir, and her three children, General Asim Munir, Syed Qasim Munir and Syed Hashim Munir.
