Inter Board Karachi sets up complaint booths for exam result grievances

Karachi: Board of Intermediate Karachi (BIEK) responding to student dissatisfaction with the results of the 2023 Annual Examinations for Intermediate Part I has initiated measures to address concerns.

Two complaint counters have been established by BIEK, operating from January 17, to facilitate students seeking resolution for result-related issues. The Chairman has directed an expedited and transparent scrutiny process for all concerned groups and prompt resolution of students’ complaints.

Students are advised to submit their applications, accompanied by a photocopy of the scrutiny form submission receipt and marks sheet. Male students can approach counters in the board’s library, while female students can visit the conference hall. Both counters will be open from 9 am to 5 pm.

Applicants should provide comprehensive details, including full name, father’s name, examination group, roll number, phone number, address, and specify the papers they want scrutinized. Scrutiny forms for the mentioned groups in the Intermediate Part I annual examinations of 2023 will be accepted starting January 17. The BIEK chairman has ensured seating arrangements and water provisions for students at the complaint counters.’
