Bushra Bibi major threat to Imran Khan’s life, claims Vawda

ISLAMABAD: Former PTI leader and Senator Faisal Vawda has alleged that Bushra Bibi, wife of Imran Khan, along with her associates, poses a serious threat to the former prime minister’s life.

During a discussion on HUM TV’s News programme “Faisla Aap Ka” with Asma Shirazi, Vawda claimed that Imran Khan’s life took a dangerous turn after Bushra Bibi entered his life.

He accused her of being involved in corruption, including orchestrating the infamous watch theft and misappropriation of £190 million.

“The first issue arose when evidence of corruption was presented by General Asim. Instead of addressing the problem, Imran Khan dismissed the officer, influenced by Bushra Bibi’s propaganda,” Vawda alleged.

He claimed that Bushra Bibi pressured Imran Khan into making decisions that tarnished his reputation and political career, including incidents like the May 9 unrest.

“She planned the sit-ins, encouraged violence, and even fled during the chaos while others were left to face the consequences,” he added.

Vawda asserted that Imran Khan’s survival depends on distancing himself from Bushra Bibi. “With her in his life, there’s no future for Imran Khan, not in politics, not in governance. His struggles and life are at risk,” he said.

He further alleged that Bushra Bibi and her associates are exploiting Khan for personal gain. “If this continues, they’ll even politicize his death,” Vawda claimed, adding that protecting Khan’s life is more important than anything else.

Vawda hinted at Bushra Bibi’s potential arrest in the coming days, claiming that “terms have been set, and she will eventually be taken into custody.”
