CDA tasked to complete Serena Interchange in three months

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has tasked Capital Development Authority (CDA) to complete the Serena Interchange project in three months.

Mohsin Naqvi on Friday visited and reviewed the construction of the Rs 4.2 billion project and ordered its timely completion.

He said that with the completion of this mega project, the traffic problems of the residents of Islamabad will be greatly solved adding that people from other cities will also gain benefit.

Three underpasses are being constructed under the Serena Interchange project with loops. Two underpasses will be constructed on Srinagar Highway while another one will be on Khyaban-i-Suharwardi.

The Interior Minister was also briefed on the project. He also instructed for better management for traffic flow.
