Recognizing the formation’s significant efforts in promoting peace and stability, the Army Chief attributed these achievements to the sacrifices of martyrs, which have created a secure environment conducive to socio-economic development, especially in the Newly Merged Districts and across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Highlighting the detrimental impact of terrorism on development, the COAS stressed the collective need to preserve the hard-earned peace. He urged all stakeholders, particularly the local population, to remain vigilant against adversarial elements seeking to destabilize the region.

“Stay steadfast in your professional duties in service to the nation,” he added. Earlier, upon arrival, the COAS was warmly welcomed by Commander Peshawar Corps.
