Khadija Shah, recognized as a fashion designer and the daughter of former finance minister Dr. Salman Shah, had been taken into custody in connection with the Jinnah House attack case after protests on May 9.

The incident led to Shah’s arrest, who reportedly surrendered to the SSP CIA police, Malik Liaquat, in Iqbal Town, Lahore. The court’s decision maintains Shah’s presence in jail on judicial remand as investigations into the Jinnah House attack case continue.
