Dry and warm weather expected across most parts

ISLAMABAD: The weather is expected to remain dry and warm in Islamabad alongside many other areas of the country, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
The Murree and Galiyat regions are forecasted to have partly cloudy skies, while Azad Kashmir may also see similar conditions. Meanwhile, rainfall is expected in parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Chitral, Dir, and Swat. The PMD has also predicted thunderstorms with rain in Kohistan and Kurram. In the northern areas, scattered rainfall is likely in Gilgit-Baltistan, as per the latest forecast.
In Balochistan, most districts are likely to experience hot weather conditions, while Sindh will also see dry and warm temperatures.
Meanwhile, Lahore will see a gradual rise in temperature, with the maximum expected to reach 33°C and the morning minimum recorded at 17°C. Meanwhile, air pollution levels have worsened, placing Lahore back as the third among the world’s most polluted cities.
