Dry, cold weather predicted across the country

ISLAMABAD: Dry and cold weather is predicted in most parts of the country for the next 12 hours, while the Meteorological Department has predicted rain and snowfall in upper parts of the country.
Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is likely to receive rain and snowfall, while strong winds accompanied by rain are forecast for most parts of Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.
Islamabad may experience light rain with strong winds during the night.
Rain is also expected in parts of Balochistan, including Quetta, Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, Ziarat, Pishin, and Zhob. Similarly, Murree, Galiyat, and their surrounding areas are likely to witness rain and snowfall, creating scenic but chilly conditions.

Punjab’s northern districts, including Sialkot, Narowal, and Gujranwala, are likely to experience persistent fog, affecting visibility. In Sindh, cold and dry weather will dominate most districts.
Rainfall is also predicted for parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Dir, Chitral, Kohistan, Mansehra, Battagram, and Shangla. Areas like Buner, Swat, Kalam, Mardan, Kohat, and Kurram may also experience wet weather.
