Eight-year-old kills mother over Eid money

PAKPATTAN: In a shocking incident, an 8-year-old boy killed his mother after she refused to give him money for Eid in the Pakpattan district.

According to the police, the child became enraged when his mother, Sobiya Bibi, denied his request for Eid money Gulzarabad, Pakpattan. In a fit of anger, he stabbed her in the chest with a pair of scissors. She succumbed to her injuries on the spot.
