Exam papers leaked on first day of Sindh intermediate exams

KARACHI: On the first day of intermediate exams in Sindh, the Sindhi language paper administered by the Larkana Education Board was leaked before the start of the exam.

Despite rules prohibiting cellphones in examination halls, students were seen using their phones to solve the exam via WhatsApp, undermining the Larkana Board’s efforts to prevent cheating and paper leaks.

Similarly, in Khairpur, the English paper was leaked and circulated on WhatsApp groups before the exam began. Students used WhatsApp to solve the exam, with some invigilators reportedly assisting them.

The intermediate exams, which began on Wednesday, will continue across Sindh until June 12. – INP
