It was noted that in a previous court appearance, Fawad Chaudhry had requested the removal of his handcuffs, but this request was not granted at the time. However, in the recent court appearance, his request was accommodated, and the handcuffs were removed. His lawyer, Qamar Inayat Raja, commented on this development.
The court, after hearing the initial arguments and considering Chaudhry’s request for more time, adjourned the hearing. However, the presiding judge directed Fawad Chaudhry to have one of his handcuffs removed during the proceedings.
At the end of the proceedings, the court sent Fawad Chaudhary to jail on 14-day judicial remand.
