FBISE HSSC results: Girls excel once again

ISLAMABAD – Demonstrating their academic prowess, female students have once again showcased their exceptional performance in the annual Intermediate examination results conducted by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE).

The official announcement of the results for both first and second years was made by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) at 10:30 am on Wednesday. The results were released both in person and on the board’s official website. Additionally, result details are accessible via SMS.

The distinguished event marking the result declaration was graced by the presence of Interim Federal Education Minister, Madad Ali Sindhi, who commended the high-achieving students.

The pass rates for the first and second year exams stand at 61.82% and 83.86% respectively, reflecting the overall performance of the candidates.

Punjab Educational Boards announce SSC part 1 results

Continuing a prevailing trend, reminiscent of the recent Matric class 10 results revealed last month, female students have once again proven their dominance at the zenith of academic accomplishment.

In the coveted top three positions within both the pre-medical and pre-engineering divisions, it is female students who have emerged triumphant. Impressively, five out of six of these accomplished students hail from various branches of Army Public School (APS).

Among the pre-medical students, Eshal Shahnoor Fatima, studying at Punjab College (H-8, Islamabad), secured the first position with an outstanding 1075 marks.

Hania Osman, a student of APS (H-8 Road, Rawalpindi), secured the second position by achieving 1072 marks. Notably, Rida-ul-Malik, from APS (Cantt, Rawalpindi), clinched the third position with an impressive 1066 marks.

In the pre-engineering group, Alishba Fatima from the same branch of APS attained an exceptional score of 1069 marks, securing the leading position.

Ayesha Zafar, also representing the Cantt, Rawalpindi branch of APS, secured the second position with 1059 marks. Zoya Ahmed from APS (Cantt, Chaklala) secured the third place with a commendable score of 1054 marks.

The Intermediate examinations were meticulously conducted across 501 examination centers, ensuring a smooth and standardized examination process for all candidates. Notably, a substantial total of 86,495 enthusiastic candidates registered for the second-year exams, underscoring the significance of these results.

These remarkable results stand as a testament to the unwavering dedication exhibited by both the diligent students and their educators throughout the federal territory.
