Fitna al-Khawarij carried out Mir Ali drone attack: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: Preliminary investigation has proved that the Indian-backed Fitna al-Khawarij carried out the recent drone attack in Mir Ali, the inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) says.

The military’s media wing was commenting about the drone attack in the Mir Ali area, of North Waziristan, resulting in the martyrdom of four children of the same family. Five people, including a woman, also sustained injuries.

Soon after the terrorist act, a campaign was launched on social media without ascertaining the facts, accusing the security forces of carrying out the attack on civilian population.

It is in this context that the ISPR, in a statement on Wednesday, said unfounded and misleading allegations were levelled against the security forces.

The accusations were totally false and were part of an organised campaign, it added.

According to the ISPR, the probe has revealed the Fitna al-Khawarij executed the terrorist act with planning under India’s patronage.

TERRORISTS OPERATING DRONES

Every effort was made to malign the military after the deadly drone attack. However, the truth cannot remain hidden for long.

Videos clips have now emerged on social media, in which the terrorists can be seen operating the drones.

It raises some serious questions. What is the source of this technology for Fitna al-Khawarij? Who provided the training?

Obviously, the answers lead us to India, whose media is always jubilant after any terrorist attack in Pakistan.

The latest example is Wednesday’s bombing of a school bus in Khuzdar, Balochistan.

KHUZDAR BOMBING

Five people including three children were killed in a bomb blast at zero point on the Karachi-Quetta National Highway in Khuzdar on Wednesday morning.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) condemned the attack, accusing Indian-backed terrorists of carrying out the assault and alleging that India, after facing setbacks, has resorted to targeting defenseless children.

The ISPR said that the “Indian terrorist state” orchestrated the assault through its proxy agents.
