Five dead in road accident near Dera Ismail Khan

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Five people have died in a tragic road accident near Chashma Road, within the limits of Kari Khesoor police station on Thursday morning.

According to rescue sources, the accident occurred when a speeding truck rammed into another vehicle. Among the deceased was a woman. Rescue teams shifted the bodies to the hospital immediately.

Relief operations are still underway.

This area has seen multiple accidents in the past. Locals say poor road conditions and speeding are the main reasons behind frequent mishaps here.
