Found PTI devoid of civility: Pervez Khattak

Nowshehra: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Parliamentarians (PTIP) chief Pervez Khattak on Saturday delivered a speech at the inaugural public rally of his party in Nowshehra, his hometown.

Addressing the rally, Khattak said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has come this far because of him.

He further added that when he left PTI, the party’s youth resorted to using inappropriate language on social media, holding the party leader responsible for not teaching manners and etiquette to them. He further said that a true leader imparts manners and etiquette to the workers.

The former defence minister went on to accuse the PTI chairman of being ignorant. He underscored that his level of commitment and service to PTI is unparalleled. He attributed the success of Tehreek-e-Insaf in the 2013 elections to the selectable who aligned with PTI under his influence.

On July 12, PTI suspended the party membership of Pervez Khattak, with immediate effect. He launched his own political party on July 17. INP
