Friday predicted to bring rain again

WEB DESK: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted rain with strong winds in different parts of the country.

Rain with strong winds and thunderstorms is expected in Kashmir, Punjab, Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northeastern and southern Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan.

According to the PMD, heavy, torrential rain is also expected at a few places in northeastern and southern Punjab, northern Balochistan and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during this period.

Rain is likely in Islamabad, Murree, Galiyat, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sialkot, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Nowshera, Peshawar, Mansehra, Kohistan, Abbottabad, Buner, Chitral and Dir.

Rain is expected in Swat, Shangla, Nowshera, Swabi, Mardan, Quetta, Ziarat, Barkhan, Sibi, Kohlu, Musa Khel, Dera Bugti, Loralai, Zhob, Khuzdar, Lasbela.

PMD also has forecast heavy rain with strong winds and thunderstorms in Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.
