Hot, dry weather with evening showers forecast across most regions

WEB DESK: On Wednesday, the weather is expected to be very hot and dry in most of the plains of the country during the day. However, in the evening and night, there will be windy conditions in a few places in North East Punjab, Islamabad, Pothohar, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan, with a chance of showers and thunderstorms.

In Islamabad, the weather will be hot and dry during the day. In the evening and night, there is a chance of rain in a few places with wind and thunderstorms.

Earthquake jolts Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

In Punjab, most of the plains districts will experience very hot and dry weather during the day, while in the evening and night it will be cooler in Murree, Guliyat, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal, Gujrat, Gujranwala, Okara, Kasur, Nankana Sahib, Lahore, Mandi Bahauddin, Sialkot, Narowal and Sargodha, with a chance of rain in a few places with wind and thundershowers.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the weather will be hot and dry in most districts, with the southern districts likely to be very hot. There is a chance of rain with thundershowers in Mohmand, Khyber, Peshawar, Mardan, Kurram and Karak.

In Sindh, the weather will be very hot in most of the upper districts, while the coastal areas will be hot and humid. There is a possibility of dusty winds and thunderstorms in the south and central districts in the afternoon.

In Balochistan, the weather will be hot and dry in most districts, with dusty winds and squalls likely to occur in the south and central districts in the afternoon.

In Kashmir, there is a chance of rain with strong winds and thunder. Similarly, in Gilgit-Baltistan, there is a chance of rain with strong winds and thunder.
