Hot, humid weather expected

ISLAMABAD: Mainly hot and humid weather would likely prevail in most plain areas of the country during the next 24 hours, according to Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).

Pakistan identified as ‘highly vulnerable’ to climate change impacts

However, rain and wind with thundershower is expected at isolated places in northeast Punjab, Potohar region, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Kashmir.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:

Islamabad 25 ºC, Lahore 30 ºC, Karachi 27 ºC, Peshawar 26 ºC, Quetta 19 ºC, Muzaffarabad 25 ºC and Gilgit 20 ºC.
