IDEAS 2024: Pakistan to exhibit military might

KARACHI: Pakistan will showcase its cutting-edge defense technologies and weapons at the 12th International Defense Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS 2024) set to take place at the Karachi Expo Center from November 19 to 22.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Defense and the Defense Export Promotion Organization (DEPO.

This year’s event will feature modern and conventional defense equipment, weapons systems, and military vehicles and aims to attract high-level delegations, including defense analysts, policymakers, and international exhibitors.

The four-day event will include an opening ceremony, international seminars on defense topics, and networking opportunities for defense industries.

A special show will also be held at the Pakistan Monument at Clifton’s Sea View, adding cultural flair to the event.

For 2024, IDEAS has been prioritized by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) to further enhance Pakistan’s defense exports and global collaboration opportunities.
