IHC sets up Election Appellant Tribunal for capital

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday ordered the establishment of an Election Appellate Tribunal dedicated to overseeing general elections in the Federal Capital.

Comprising two distinguished judges from the high court—Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir—the tribunal is poised to play a crucial role in the electoral process.
