ISLAMABAD: Former prime minister Imran Khan has found respite in the District Sessions Courts Islamabad as Judicial Magistrate Shaista Kundi granted him acquittal in two cases relating to vandalism during a long march.

PTI moves court for rally in Islamabad on March 30

Former chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has been facing legal proceedings stemming from incidents of vandalism during PTI’s long march last year. The acquittal has been granted in cases registered at the Lohi Bher police station in Sahala.

It is notable that Imran Khan remains incarcerated at Adiala Jail, currently serving multiple sentences including Toshakhana case reference.
