The counsel emphasised the need for documentary evidence to be produced in court, urging the court to grant sufficient time for the submission of necessary documents. The admissibility of the application was also discussed, prompting the court to seek arguments on this aspect of the case.

In response to the court’s inquiries, the petitioner’s counsel expressed the intention to submit the required documents and present arguments on Monday. “Give time till Monday, we will submit documents and will also give arguments on the same day,” said the counsel for the petitioner.

The court, accepting the plea for an adjournment, consequently postponed the hearing until Monday.
