Indian Ministry of Defence confirms ‘Operation Sindoor’

NEW DELHI: The Indian Ministry of Defense issued a press release confirming the launch of “Operation Sindoor”,  which it claims is aimed at ‘terrorist’ infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistani-administered Kashmir.

The Indian ministry stated that the operation is “focused, measured and non-escalatory” in nature. It claims that no Pakistani military facilities have been targeted.
