International drug dealers nabbed, global ice trafficking network exposed  


Authorities arrested two key international and inter-provincial drug dealers involved in the global distribution of ‘ice’.

MANSEHRA: Authorities arrested two key international and inter-provincial drug dealers involved in the global distribution of ‘ice’, as part of a major crackdown near the Bedra interchange.  

‘Ice’ is a high-purity form of crystal methamphetamine, commonly known as meth.

The operation was conducted by the Mansehra Narcotics Control Team under the supervision of ETO Narcotics Majid Khan, Circle Officer Irshadullah Afrifi, Excise SHO Faisal Khan, and Additional SHO Naseem Khan.

Acting on a confidential tip-off, officers intercepted and searched vehicle registering number 393-BMJ. It lead to the arrest of Shahzad Khan, son of Romaan Gul, and Fahad Khan, son of Asghar Khan. Both accused are residents of Bara in the Khyber district.

Primary investigation uncovered substantial digital evidence linking the suspects to an international drug trafficking network. Mobile phones seized during the arrests contained photos, videos, and voice messages revealing details of the shipment and sale of ice globally.

Law enforcement officials registered a formal case against the accused. The evidence gathered points to their integral role in the supply and distribution of ice and other narcotics on an international scale.

Further investigations are underway to dismantle the wider network, with authorities expecting the identification of additional domestic and foreign dealers connected to the syndicate.
