ISLAMABAD: In response to specific instructions from Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police are actively addressing road safety and cautious driving amid the current rainy conditions in the federal capital.

Islamabad has been experiencing intermittent rainfall recently. Despite the challenging weather, police officers are diligently working to raise awareness among citizens about road safety. They are providing guidance at various construction sites across the city and offering support to ensure optimal travel conditions.

This proactive approach has been well-received by residents, who have commended the Islamabad Police for their crucial role in preventing traffic accidents and maintaining an efficient traffic system in the city.

Citizens are encouraged to adhere to traffic laws to safeguard both their own lives and those of others by driving carefully in the rain. It is also advised to avoid unnecessary travel during wet conditions.

If travel is essential, individuals should take precautionary measures, follow traffic regulations, and comply with the instructions of traffic police officers on duty.
