ISLAMABAD: In a welcome move for households, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has announced a significant reduction in the prices of domestic Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) cylinders for the upcoming month of November.

The price of an 11.8-kilogram LPG cylinder has been reduced by Rs117.47.

After a reduction of Rs9.96 per kilogram, the new price of LPG has been set at Rs251.03.

Petrol prices expected to witness significant drop on November 1

The price adjustment for November comes as part of OGRA’s regular monthly revision of LPG prices, in line with global market fluctuations.

OGRA has issued a notification confirming the new rates for the upcoming month.

This reduction in LPG prices is expected to have a positive impact on the budgets of households, particularly during the colder months when LPG is extensively used for cooking and heating purposes.
