Malika Junaid honored with Sitara-i-Imtiaz

KARACHI: Sindh governor Kamran Tessori has honoured Malika Junaid with the esteemed Sitara-i-Imtiaz in recognition of her outstanding contributions to the field of architecture.

She was conferred with the award in a prestigious ceremony in provincial capital of Karachi.

With over three decades of managerial experience encompassing planning, design, documentation, construction support, and cost estimating for architectural projects, Malika Junaid has left an indelible mark on the industry.

In 2002, she co-founded the renowned Los Altos firm M Designs Architects alongside Alpheus Jessup, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to innovative design. Notably, her expertise extends beyond her professional achievements, as she is the daughter of the esteemed former senator and PTV anchor, Khushbakht Shujaat.
