Man kills four-year old stepson with electric wires

LAHORE: A man named Usman killed his four-year-old stepson, Chand, after subjecting him to torture using electric wires.

Initial reports indicate that the boy had been regularly subjected to abuse and violence by his stepfather, leading to his untimely death.

In an attempt to conceal the crime, Usman sent the boy’s body to Pakpattan for burial. However, the child’s uncle noticed signs of torture and informed the police, who took action and brought the body back to Lahore for investigation.

The police have arrested Usman and filed a case against him. They have been unable to locate the mother of the deceased child yet.

Preliminary investigations suggest that Usman had married the deceased child’s mother just 20 days before the incident.

According to the police, Chand’s sisters also reported enduring torture from their stepfather.

Police are still investigating the case.
