According to reports, agents handling forms and fees for private schools have gone missing. Students and parents worry as they lack necessary documents for matric exams in Karachi.

Meanwhile, private school officials claim they submitted forms to an agent who then simply “vanished” with the fees and forms.

Students and parents visited the local education board for roll-number slips but left disappointed.

The delay is attributed to private schools’ failure to submit forms on time. This led to more printing requests, causing additional delays.

Concerned students and parents placed blame on both, the private schools and the education board, They stated that both shared responsibility for the delay in roll-number slip issuance.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the Karachi education board attributed the delay to private schools’ failure to submit forms on time. The spokesperson clarified that the process of issuing roll-number slips has been ongoing since April 30th.

The spokesperson admitted that schools who submitted their forms online could digitally print roll-number slips. However, he was quick to point out that an exponential increase in printing requests has overwhelmed the system. This has resulted in further delays.

Despite suggestions for schools to obtain the roll-number slips directly from the board’s website, the board firmly stated that exam forms will not be accepted from students without the necessary documents in hand.
