Missed Hajj 2026 registration deadline? Govt is offering another chance

Hajj 2026

ISLAMABAD: Despite the closure of Hajj applications deadline on July 11, the federal government has decided to accept Hajj applications from unregistered pilgrims as well.

The move comes in an effort to meet the national Hajj quota. According to official sources, 450,000 individuals have registered for Hajj, but there are still concerns that the full quota of 1.2 million pilgrims may not be fulfilled from Pakistan.

In response, the government will now allow unregistered individuals to apply.

NEW APPLICATION SCHEDULE:

  • Registered pilgrims: Applications from those who have already registered for Hajj 2026 will be accepted from August 4 to August 9.
  • Unregistered pilgrims: If you missed the registration deadline, you can still submit applications from August 11 to August 16

Applications from both groups will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
