Mohsin Naqvi meets Pope Francis in Vatican City

VATICAN City: Interior Minister and Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Mohsin Naqvi met with Pope Francis in Vatican City during his European tour on Tuesday.

Mohsin Naqvi embarked on his European tour on May 29, with a visit to the United Kingdom (UK) first. In the UK, the interior minister participated in discussions with the British Home Minister and other senior officials.

The interior minister later journeyed to Italy, where he conducted talks with his Italian counterpart in Rome to address bilateral matters.

Mohsin Naqvi meeting with Pope Francis in Vatican City served as the concluding leg of his European tour.

Both the Vatican and the Pakistani government have refrained from disclosing any details regarding the discussions held during the meeting.
