Murree chairlifts, cable car to remain closed for maintenance

MURREE: The cable car and chairlifts service in New Murree will be temporarily suspended from October 10 to October 13 for repairs and maintenance, according to a notification issued by the district administration.

This decision has been taken to facilitate essential maintenance and technical repairs to improve the safety and convenience of tourists visiting the scenic spots.

The administration stated that the closure is aimed at ensuring the proper upkeep of the cable cars and chairlifts service facilities, which are popular attractions in Murree.

Once the maintenance work is complete, the services will resume to provide an enhanced experience for visitors, said the notification.
