NAB team arrests Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi in new Toshakhana reference

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder and his wife Bushra Bibi were arrested in a fresh National Accountability Bureau (NAB) reference concerning Toshakhana gifts, following their earlier reprieve in the Iddat case.

A NAB team led by Deputy Director NAB Mohsin Haroon arrested Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.

Earlier today, Session Courtacquitt Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the nikkah iddat case and ordered their immediate release.

Additional district and session judge Afzal Majoka announcing the reserved verdict on the nikkah iddat case today accepted the appeals plea of Imran Khan and his spouse Bushra Bibi and nullified their earlier conviction in the case.

Judge Afzal Majoka also ordered that Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi be released immediately if they are not arrested in any other case.
