No blockages on Lahore roads ahead of PTI Jalsa: Police

LAHORE: The Lahore police have confirmed that there are no road blockages anywhere in the city and all entry points to the city are open ahead of the PTI rally.
According to officials, all roads, including those leading to Shahdra Chowk, are open, and no containers have been placed to restrict traffic.
Footage from Safe City cameras shows that traffic is flowing normally, with no hindrances reported on major routes.
“All roads leading to Shahdra are clear, and traffic flow remains uninterrupted,” a police spokesperson said.

All entry points into the Lahore city are also open and there is no blockage of any kind, the police spokesperson said.
The clarification comes after widespread rumors suggested that containers might be placed to block access to the rally site.
However, the police have assured citizens that the situation is under control and that no such measures have been implemented.
The police have heightened security measures but confirmed that no roads have been closed and traffic is running smoothly.
Commuters have been advised to proceed with their regular routes and stay updated on any changes through official channels.
