Notifications issued for Supreme Court judges’ appointments

ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Law and Justice issued a notification regarding the appointment of seven judges to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Notifications were also released for the Acting Chief Justices of various high courts across the country.

Justice Ijaz Swati was appointed as the Acting Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court, while Justice Sardar Sarfaraz Dogar was nominated as the Acting Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court.

Justice Junaid Ghaffar was designated as the Acting Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court. The notification for Justice SM Atiq Shah was also issued, appointing him as the Acting Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court.
