Oxford University releases Chancellor candidates list, Imran Khan not included

Oxford University has released a list of 38 candidates for its upcoming chancellor election, with several Pakistani candidates making the cut. However, the name of the former chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan is notably absent from the list.

According to the university administration, the selection committee assessed all applications based on criteria outlined in its regulations.

The process to elect the new chancellor will begin on October 28, with candidates now gearing up for the prestigious position.
