Pakistan seeks peace but ready to respond to aggression: ISPR

ISLAMABAD: DG ISPR has said that Pakistan is a peaceful country and desires peace in the region, but if aggression is imposed, the country armed forces are fully prepared to give a befitting response to the enemy.
Pakistan has said that it seeks peace in the region but will respond to any agression.
Sources said that the e Minister for Information and the DG ISPR briefed, during an in-camera session, political leaders on national security, during which matters related to national security were discussed in light of the current situation.
A large number of leaders from various political parties participated in the session.
The DG ISPR briefed the participants on the preparedness of the Pakistan Army.
The Federal Minister for Information informed the political leaders about the government’s diplomatic efforts and the state’s official stance.
Meanwhile, in what it described as another victory in the narrative war, Pakistan’s Ministry of Information claimed to have outmanoeuvred India in the digital media space by airing a patriotic song as an advertisement on Indian YouTube channels.
According to the ministry, while India blocked several Pakistani channels, Pakistan responded by promoting its message directly to Indian audiences through online platforms.
“Despite India’s tactics, Pakistan’s voice is being heard across the border,” the ministry said.
