Pakistan to send Aid to Gaza

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan announced on Monday that it will be sending humanitarian aid to Gaza. The aid will include food, water, medicine, and other essential supplies.

According to a spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the government is in contact with the Egyptian government, the Red Crescent, and relevant United Nations agencies to arrange for the delivery of aid. Pakistani missions abroad are also being contacted to finalize the delivery.

Earlier on Thursday, Pakistan strongly condemned the “indiscriminate and disproportionate” use of force by Israeli authorities against the civilian population in Gaza and called for an immediate cessation of hostilities.
