Passenger van catches fire at M2 motorway

LAHORE: A passenger van on bound to Sialkot caught fire on the M2 Motorway near Lahore on Wednesday morning, according to a Motorway Police spokesperson.

The van, which was travelling from Lahore to Sialkot, suddenly caught fire due to a short circuit. Motorway Police acted swiftly and managed to safely evacuate all seven passengers on board.

Emergency services reached the site and doused the flames, preventing further damage. No casualties have been reported in the incident.
