Pervez Elahi’s bail application hearing postponed

ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad adjourned the hearing on Parvaiz Elahi’s bail application till tomorrow (Tuesday).

Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain of the ATC heard the application of Elahi and his lawyer Abdul Raziq appeared in the court. The prosecution did not submit the records even today.

The lawyer requested for the medical test of the former chief minister and the court approved the request and issued instructions to the superintendent of Adiala jail.

Later, the court adjourned the hearing on PTI President Elahi’s bail application till tomorrow.
