Peshawar to Jeddah Haj flight delayed

PESHAWAR: Haj pilgrims from Peshawar experienced substantial delays when a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight bound for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia was delayed on Sunday.

The flight was originally scheduled to deport at 4:50 pm. However, it experienced an almost 8-hour delay.

Passengers reported being boarded and disembarked twice before ultimately leaving the plane to wait on the runway.

They expressed concerns about the aircraft’s air-conditioning, stating that it was inadequate, particularly for elderly and sick passengers.

This delayed flight is important as it is supposed to transport Haj pilgrims bound for Jeddah.
