PHC trashes petitions in MDCAT retake

peshawar high court

PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has disposed of 35 petitions challenging the re-take of the MDCAT exam in the province adding that admissions processes in colleges have been completed.

Admissions have been done, classes are going on, and the test has been re-conducted for irregularities, Justice Shakeel Ahmed remarked while hearing the petitions filed for retaking of the MDCAT exam.

“I sympathize with you, but we have to make decisions according to the law. We cannot interfere in the matter now”, Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim said.

He advised the students that instead of wasting time they should prepare to take the exam next year.

Justice Shakeel reprimanding the Educational Testing & Evaluation Agency (ETEA) for their incompetence said if you can’t take the test, don’t take the responsibility.
